Greetings and welcome to the Community Reconstruction Collective (CRC)! We are an organization founded for the purpose of creating a bridge between education, industry, and our communities. For too long they have been viewed as separate parts of our towns, counties, and states. This does a disservice to the struggles of our future leaders, and the fate of our small businesses. In this unpreceded time of economic and social unrest, help us to rebuild our economy with the intention of equal access to all members of the American family.

Thank you to all of the Western Washington University Human services students who applied for our first round of funding!

Below is a depiction of the ideology underpinning the CRC’s work for the community. We view it as a holistic system which requires our three pillars where people work to create the technologies of the future through government, education, and industry. In this model, government is where oversight and data collection are centralized for community movement as a united front. Our education system builds the leaders of tomorrow and feeds them into the other sectors with the next generation's new ideas. Industry collaborates with education and government to create the technologies with and by student innovation to create more meaningful educational and work opportunities while creating global solutions for the future.

Thank you to the Black Future Co-op Fund for helping us launch our program! Please check their website out to see the amazing work they are doing in communities all over Washington!
